Seats remain for ABCs of Financials class Jan. 19; register today

Seats are remaining for the Jan. 19 installment of ABCs of Financials, a core class in the CWRU Administrative Professional Series (CAPS). ABCs of Financials provides participants with a basic understanding of the accounting structure, system and concepts used to manage the daily financial transactions and flow of money at the university. In this class, participants will:

• Review basic accounting concepts and how they relate to fiscal responsibilities at CWRU
• Discuss Chartfields and how they function in the CWRU accounting system
• Define the role of the General Ledger

ABCs of Financials will be held Tuesday, Jan. 19, from 11 a.m. to noon in the Tinkham Veale University Center first floor conference room. Registration is required in advance by visiting case.edu/its/caps/register. Registrants will receive a Google Calendar invitation as confirmation.
