The Federalist Society will host a talk with Ilan Wurman, associate professor in the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, Tuesday, Sept. 20, at noon in Room 157 of the School of Law.
In a talk titled, “The Second Founding: An Introduction to the Fourteenth Amendment,” Wurman will provide an introduction to originalist approaches to the 14th Amendment and what the potential impact would be if the Supreme Court interpreted it in “the language of the law.”
