The summer barbecue season will continue Wednesday, July 22, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the Case Quad with a Hawaiian theme and music by The Bean Sisters. Today’s menu includes:
  • mixed island greens with citrus vinaigrette
  • piña colada fruit salad
  • herb-roasted sweet potatoes
  • pineapple basil rice
  • New Creation Farm Hawaiian burger
  • mango-barbecue chicken
  • garden vegetable burger
  • ice cream novelties
Each barbecue event costs $9 per person for one protein and sides or $10 for two proteins and sides. The price includes a full menu, beverage and dessert, as well as a front row seat to the entertainment. Cash, CaseCash and CaseCharge are accepted.
