Self-Care Circle, sponsored by the LGBT Center, will teach methods of self-care to anyone in the Case Western Reserve University community every first Monday of the month. The next session will be Monday, March 5, and all sessions will be from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the LGBT Center (Tinkham Veale University Center, Suite 179).
Attendees will learn deliberate and self-initiated ways to care for themselves.
