Self-Care Circle, sponsored by the LGBT Center, teaches methods of self-care to members of the Case Western Reserve University community every first Monday of the month. The final session for the semester will be today (April 2) from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the LGBT Center (Tinkham Veale University Center, Suite 179).
Attendees will learn to deliberate and self-initiate ways to care for themselves.
