A research study investigating the effect of a sleep intervention on women at high risk of breast cancer is currently recruiting! We are looking for women who are at higher than average risk of breast cancer who also average six hours of sleep per night or less.
Participants will receive a behavioral intervention and are asked to donate a blood sample before and after the intervention, as well as to respond to questionnaires about their sleep and breast cancer risk factors before the intervention, after the intervention and six months later.
