The Federalist Society will host a discussion titled “A State Constitutional Debate: Is the Right to Abortion Protected by the Ohio Constitution?” Thursday, Sept. 22, from 5 to 6 p.m. in Gund Hall, Room A59.
Attorney Phillip D. Williamson and Jessie Hill, the Judge Ben C. Green Professor of Law, will focus on state law rather than the recently changed federal law.
