The summer barbecue season continues Wednesday, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., on the Case Quad. The American BBQ theme will feature pulled pork sandwiches, hamburgers and garden burgers, hot side dishes of hot mac-and-cheese and grilled corn on the cob, local butter lettuce salad and sweet and sour slaw salad, with music by Blues singer Kristine Jackson.
Each weekly barbecue event costs $8 per person for one protein and unlimited sides, or $9 for an unlimited buffet. The menu includes a beverage and dessert, and a front row seat to the entertainment.
