The summer barbecue season continues Wednesday, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., on the Case Quad. The Asian BBQ theme will feature Szechuan mushroom all-beef hamburgers, teriyaki salmon burgers, kimchi Asian slaw with bao bun, side dishes of stir fry vegetables and house lo mein, rice noodle Asian salad and a spinach and vegetable salad with yuzu vinaigrette, with music by folk rock duo The Bean Sisters.
Each barbecue is $8 per person for one protein and unlimited sides, or $9 for an unlimited buffet. The menu includes a beverage and dessert, as well as a front row seat to the entertainment.
