Today’s BBQ on the Quad features Caribbean menu

TODAY’S BBQ ON THE QUAD FEATURES CARIBBEAN MENU | July 8, 2015

The summer barbecue season continues today (July 8), from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the Case Quad with a Caribbean theme and music by Kristine Jackson, a blues performer. This week's menu includes:
  • Mixed Greens Salad
  • Caribbean Fruit Salad
  • Bahama Sweet Potatoes
  • Jamaican Pepper Rice
  • Jerk New Creation Burger
  • Mango-Glazed Chicken Breast
  • Grilled Garden Burger
  • Ice Cream Novelties
Each barbecue event costs $9 per person for one protein and sides or $10 for two proteins and sides. The price includes a full menu, beverage and dessert, as well as a front row seat to the entertainment. Cash, CaseCash and CaseCharge are accepted.
