Members of the university community are encouraged to avoid East 115th Street between Wade Park Avenue and Finnegan Way Thursday, Dec. 17, from 8 to 10 a.m.
The road will be closed in that area to allow for deliveries to the new residence hall. Drivers should seek alternate routes.
