UCITE information sessions: "Canvas and TurnItIn"; "Supporting Transgender Students"

The University Center for Innovation in Teaching and Education (UCITE) will host two events Oct. 19 and Oct. 20. Both events will be in the Herrick Room of the Allen Memorial Medical Library. Pizza lunch and sodas will be provided. RSVP to ucite@case.edu.

Thursday, Oct. 19: Canvas and TurnItIn

This session will provide strategies for faculty on using the TurnItIn plagiarism module in Canvas. This session is from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Friday, Oct. 20: Supporting Transgender Students

This session, supported by the LGBT Center, will describe how to promote an inclusive educational environment for transgender students. The session will run from 11:40 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
