Site tabulates top sustainable college-run farms
Food Management: The University Farm recently was named a top sustainable college-run farm by College Values Online. Included in the ranking system were sales to campus dining facilities, organic certification and use in academic courses, among others factors. CWRU’s farm ranked in the top five.
