Campus Planning and Facilities Management (CPFM) has introduced a streamlined Project Request Form for capital project requests, available now under the "Project Required Forms" section on the CPFM website.
The revised form—launched Nov. 3—features several improvements, including:
- Fewer required fields
- Consolidation of all information into a single tab
- A built-in building list
- Removal of the separate Major Expenditure Request Form for larger projects (approval-level signatures for these projects remain unchanged)
All users are asked to begin using the updated project request form moving forward.
