Case Western Reserve University Postdoctoral Association and the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs will host a seminar via Zoom, titled “Immigration and Visa Talk with Brendan Delaney, JD,” Thursday, March 17, at noon.
Brendan Delaney, an immigration attorney at Frank & Delaney Immigration Law LLC, will present on navigating the visa and green card process for researchers. The seminar will cover the specific requirements for different immigration visa transitions and steps for green card processing. It will also focus on the updates in the immigration landscape with regards to the different visas that are applicable, specifically geared toward the postdoctoral community.
