The commencement office is looking for dependable students and employees to help make commencement 2026 a special and memorable week for graduates and their families. There are many opportunities to volunteer throughout the week (May 13–17).
Student volunteers who live on campus are eligible for a housing extension from Thursday, May 7, through Monday, May 18, paid for by the commencement office.
Volunteers are required to sign up for a minimum of 10 hours across the available shifts.
Employees interested in volunteering must receive approval from a supervisor and complete the commencement staff and faculty volunteers form.
All volunteers are required to attend a mandatory meeting Thursday, May 14, at the Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center.
Complete the volunteer form by April 13.
