Volunteers Needed! Research Study for Teens
STORY BY: EDITORIAL STAFF
Researchers at Case Western Reserve University are conducting a study on social experiences unique to racial and ethnic minority teens ages 13-18. Our study hopes to understand specific social challenges and strengths that may affect teens from diverse backgrounds, and how that is related to their mental health. We invite teens who identify as part of any racial or ethnic minority group to participate! Participants can earn up to $140 across all parts of the study. The study can be completed in-person or virtually!
In this study you will:
1) Complete several online surveys with a member of our research team (about 2 hours)
2) Do surveys on your phone for 7 days (about 20 minutes a day)
You may qualify if you:
1) Are 13-18 years old
2) Identify as a racial or ethnic minority
3) Have access to internet and cell phone (Android or iPhone is ok!)
4) Have a parent or guardian’s permission
If you are interested, please complete the screening survey and a researcher will get in touch with you if you are eligible: https://cwru.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_dg7Y6dgWuYMXJaK
