Want your resume distributed to top employers? Enter the Career Center’s Resume Smash

Undergraduate and graduate students preparing for graduation in 2013 or 2014: Want the opportunity to have your resume distributed to top employers? Enter the Career Center’s Resume Smash by uploading your resume to CWRULink by Sept. 17. Career Center staff members will distribute all participants’ resumes directly to employers at the university career fairs, national conferences and recruitment events throughout the year. They also will select the top 10 best resumes to win additional prizes, including:

• A personal introduction to two employers of your choosing at the university career fair Oct. 4
• An invitation to attend the Career Fair Recruiters’ Breakfast the morning of the career fair to network with employers
• 20 copies of your resume printed on high-quality resume paper for you to distribute during the University Career Fair.

The competition runs now through Sept. 17. The top 10 winners will be contacted by a Career Center staff member, and their names will be publicly announced on the Career Center website Sept. 24. Participants must be a CWRU undergraduate or graduate student with a graduation year of 2013 or 2014 and must have had their resume reviewed by a CWRU career counselor at the Career Center between July 1 and Sept. 17, either by appointment or during drop-in consulting hours.
