The Weatherhead Leadership Conference:
A Forum Inspired by Women Leading with Intentionality, Humanity and Heart
Scheduled for Mar. 5, 2026 at the Marriott Key Tower downtown, the high-impact forum is designed to educate, inspire and equip leaders with contemporary leadership strategies, actionable insights and meaningful connections. The conference will feature two keynote addresses, breakout sessions under the headings of Human Centered Leadership, Culture and AI/Technology, an organizational Women’s Fair and a networking reception.
At the conference, participants will explore how purpose, courage and innovation are driving change in business, technology and society—and how today’s leaders are shaping what’s next.
“The conference grew out of what was formerly a lunch program,” said Brian Breittholz, executive director of Alumni Relations for Weatherhead. He added, “we continued to receive feedback asking us to expand the content and to a longer format with different topical breakouts.”
Alumna Shelly McNamara, former Chief Equality & Inclusion Officer at P&G and Shannon Watts, founder of Moms Demand Action and author will share their ideas on leading with empathy, courage and purpose.
The conference will take place at the Marriott Key Tower in Downtown Cleveland. The early bird rate of $129 per person runs until Dec. 31. The regular registration of $149 per person will run from Jan 1–Feb. 26, 2026.
KeyBank is the presenting sponsor.
