J.B. Silvers, the John R. Mannix Medical Mutual of Ohio Professor of Health Care Finance, penned an op-ed in The New York Times on the “skinny repeal” of the Affordable Care Act the Senate considered.
In his article, titled “Why ‘Skinny’ Obamacare Repeal Is a Terrible Idea,” Silvers called upon his experience as a former insurance CEO to predict the impact the repeal would have had if it had passed.
