Northeast Ohio-based JM Smucker has entered a $5.6 Billion deal to purchase Hostess
WOIO: Michael Goldberg, associate professor of design and innovation at Weatherhead School of Management and executive director of the Veale Institute for Entrepreneurship, discussed the news that Hostess, the maker of snack classics like Twinkies and HoHos, was sold to J.M. Smucker in a cash-and-stock deal worth about $5.6 billion.
