A new 12-week Weight Watchers at Work series will kick off with an open house Oct. 12 from 11:15 a.m. to noon in the Spartan Room of Thwing Center. This is an opportunity for anyone interested in joining to ask questions and learn more about the nutrition and group support program.
Week one of the new series will begin Oct. 19, also in the Spartan Room. The cost for 12 weeks is $144.
