Every Monday from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., 121 Fitness—owned and operated by Case Western Reserve University—offers Zumba classes in Thwing Center Atrium. Zumba, which fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves, is appropriate for all ages and skill levels. These classes cost $5 each or $15 for 4 classes and are open to all faculty, staff and students. They are free for all 121 Fitness members.
