We are excited for your arrival on campus next week. We wanted to be sure you have the information you need.
Move-in on Jan. 10 will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Then you and any family members joining you can head over to the Discover Days Welcome at 4 p.m. in the Tinkham Veale University Center Ballroom. As a reminder, you can see the Discover Days schedule online.
Below are helpful and important steps to assist with your spring semester move-in. All move-in details can be found on the housing website. As always, you can contact University Housing directly with questions at +1 216.368.3780 or via email to housing@case.edu.
Step 1: Check-In To Your Room
Go to the North Area Office in Wade Commons or the South Area Office in Fribley Commons to check into their residence hall room and receive their student ID card (if necessary), key card or keys.
Step 2: Unload and Move-In
Students can proceed to unload their car and move-in, by their residence hall. See maps and parking details for more information. Limited number of dollies/carts will be available for you to sign out at the area office (ID is required).
Step 3: Move Car to Parking Lot
North Campus
When the last load is in the student's room, the car should be moved immediately to North Residential Village Garage (Lot 46 - E. 117 and Euclid) to free up space on the streets for other students to move in.
South Campus
Lots 44 and 57 will be open for you to park in to unload belongings. Parking overnight is prohibited unless you have a spring parking permit.
