Saturday, August 15
- 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Move in to your residence hall and check in for Discover Week
- 7 to 8:15 p.m. Residential floor meetings and Campus Safety 101
- 8 to 10 p.m. CWRU Kickback (social event)
Sunday, August 16
- 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Move in to your residence hall and check in for Discover Week
- 2:30 to 3:15 p.m. New commuter student check-in
- 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Discover Week Small Group Meeting
- 7 to 8:15 p.m. Residential floor meetings and Campus Safety 101
Monday, August 17
- Morning rotations: Discover Week small group meetings and information fair
- 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. International Student Visa Overview: Staying-in-Status Session (required for F-1 or J-1 visa-holding students)
- 10:45 to 11:30 a.m. Commuter student and parent/family information session
- Afternoon rotations: Discover Week small group meetings and information fair
- 4 to 5 p.m. University Welcome and Convocation
- 5 to 7 p.m. New Student BBQ and Spartan-fest
- 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. Chill out with Off-Campus and Commuter Student Services
- 7 p.m. Residential floor meeting
- 8 p.m. CWRU Tradition and class photo
Tuesday, August 18
- Morning rotation: Discover Week small group meeting and campus resource tour

- 1:45 to 4:30 p.m. New nursing student orientation
- 5 to 6:30 p.m. Weatherhead official welcome by the dean: ice cream social

- 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. College of Arts & Sciences reception
- 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Games and Grub with the Commuter and Off-Campus Organization
