You may have noticed that as a CWRU in Madrid student, you have to-do items in two separate portals.
Your Roadmap is your admissions portal, which will look familiar to you from during the application process. All incoming students use the Roadmap to submit important information that prepares them for their arrival at CWRU. Items are added regularly, with deadlines listed, so please keep an eye out!
In addition, as a CWRU in Madrid student, you will have separate to-do items in your Study Abroad portal. This includes specialized forms and tasks to prepare you for life in Spain—everything from from visa preparations to academic advising to health and housing. In addition, attending the regular webinars throughout the summer should keep you track with your due dates.
Your first major deadline is coming up on June 1: submit your housing deposit. This nonrefundable housing deposit will secure your spot with the CWRU in Madrid program and related housing arrangements.
