CWRU in Madrid students will have a variety of dining options to suit their needs, including:
- A half-board meal plan: This includes breakfast and either lunch or dinner, all at designated times in the dining hall within their accommodations, Monday through Friday
- Students with dietary restrictions should know that a vegetarian alternative will be offered for every meal, and additional dietary restrictions can be managed through communication with dining hall or restaurant staff, including procuring a medical translation card for dietary restrictions
- A shared kitchenette within their apartment/suite, with basic cooking utensils provided
- Three grocery stores within a 5 minute walk; the largest is Lidl, where students can purchase not just food but basic home goods and personal toiletries as well
- Restaurants are everywhere! There is a famous food scene in Madrid, and hands-on activities such as Spanish cooking classes and local food tours abound.
