What to Expect
With faculty guidance, you’ll create a personalized learning plan through our Leadership Assessment and Development (LEAD) course, combining elective options with our curriculum to produce an integrated degree that hones your general management skills. We’ll help you consider the pace that works best for you to complete the required 48 hours of coursework on whichever degree path best suits your schedule.
Both online courses and in-person classes generally take place in the evening, usually one night per week in the fall and spring semesters and sometimes two nights per week in the summer. You’ll choose five elective options in the program’s final stages and can determine your own specialization without the rigid structure of formalized concentration areas.
