Part-Time MBAMBA

Why Weatherhead’s MBA is Different

Leadership is the throughline of our program, not a standalone course. You’ll focus on:

  • Making decisions when information is incomplete or changing
  • Understanding tradeoffs across people, finances, operations and technology
  • Exercising judgment when AI informs—but does not replace—human responsibility

At the Weatherhead School, learning is grounded in practice, not abstract concepts. You’ll work on clearly defined organizational challenges across healthcare, manufacturing, nonprofits and service organizations.

Three Optional Concentrations

Healthcare Management: Designed in collaboration with leading regional and national health systems.

Nonprofit Leadership: Developed to build mission-driven organizations with operational accountability.

Product Management: Focused on cross-functional leadership in manufacturing and consumer-oriented firms.

Flexibility and Rigor

This 42 credit hour program is flexible by design without losing rigor, and can be completed in as little as two years. Choose courses, electives and pace each term without being locked into a cohort, and learn in small classes with fixed schedules and deadlines. Classes are offered in the evening, in person or online.

Our MBA program will help you:

  • Stay ahead as AI reshapes roles, expectations and decision authority
  • Earn greater scope, influence or compensation without stepping out of the workforce
  • Prepare for a career shift while continuing to work full time
  • Strengthen strategic, financial and operational judgment
  • Engage in small classes with direct access to faculty, practitioners and coaches

Built for Leaders Like You

As an MBA candidate at Weatherhead, you’ll develop leadership capability through applied coursework, live organizational projects, coaching and peer learning with professionals who already manage teams, budgets and outcomes.

You will learn to:

  • Use analytics and AI to frame impactful questions
  • Interpret outputs, limits, and risks of AI-enabled systems
  • Make accountable decisions when technology, incentives, and people interact

Analytics and AI are embedded across finance, accounting, operations, and strategy—mirroring how leaders utilize these tools at work.
