The Office for Diversity, Equity and Inclusive Engagement sponsors the Power of Diversity Lecture Series to inspire campus dialogue, community engagement and civic education and learning about the national narrative on diversity and inclusion. Now in its 10th year, the series includes distinguished guest speakers from the national or international scene and our own faculty scholars.
This lecture will cover the Muslim/Arabic identity and define Islamophobia. After the lecture there will be time for questions and answers from the audience.
The session will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 30, 12:30-2 p.m. in Tinkham Veale University Center, Senior Classroom.
