David Cooperrider's "The Business of Building a Better World" wins best book of the year award

The Business of Building a Better World: The Leadership Revolution That is Changing Everything, written and edited by David Cooperrider, Char and Chuck Fowler Professor of Business as an Agent of World Benefit and professor of organizational behavior, along with co-author Audrey Selian—won international best book of the year award in the readers' choice category for getAbstract's annual book awards

The prize was awarded by getAbstract in cooperation with the German business magazine brand eins

getAbstract receives 10,000 books per year and longlists books in three catagories of business books: business impact, readers' choice awards and learning impact. The getAbstract International Book Award has been presented annually since 2001 to books that offer brilliant contributions to current economic, social and entrepreneurial topics.

The Business of Building a Better World: The Leadership Revolution That is Changing Everything is published by Berrett-Koehler Publishers and was released in October 2021.
