For the second time Weatherhead’s Professor David Cooperrider has been included and named as one of the world’s 45 top “Change Champions”—change management theorists and pioneers in the field of Organization Development. The list includes thought leaders such as MIT’s Edgar Schein, Dave Ulrich at University of Michigan, author Judith Katz and others.
In Wiley Publishers July 10th release of the Change Champions Field Guide by Louis Carter et.al, the authors state that these top people in the field “are widely recognized as among the best in organizational change and development.” Chapter nine in the book - co-authored by David Cooperrider and former Weatherhead PhD graduate David Bright - features Appreciative Inquiry and how it helped create a positive revolution in the field of change.
