Case Access Services Refund Policy
Non-refundable items: id cards, replacement gatecards, replacement hangtags, id card accessories, motorcycle permits, entertainment tickets and rta passes.
Summer/ temporary/weekend parking permits---can not be canceled, transferred, replaced or refunded.
- Cash permits
- The first month is non-refundable.
- You may cancel your parking after the first 30 days.
- You must return the hangtag and gate card or a $25 fee will be assessed for each.
- There must be at least 30 days left on the permit in order to receive a refund.
- Faculty/staff continuous - payroll deduction permits
