Student Online Parking Permit System

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SYSTEM IS ONLY INTENDED FOR STUDENTS. THOSE WHO HAVE FACULTY, EMPLOYEE OR OTHER ID CARDS AND ARE REGISTERED FOR CLASSES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE ONLINE PERMIT SYSTEM

Student Permit Information

2013-2014 Academic Year

Important information:
Parking permits will not be renewed or sold without valid vehicle information: license plate #, state registered, make/model, year, and color of the vehicle.
Parking permits will not be renewed or sold to any student with outstanding parking violations. All violations must be paid in order to renew or purchase parking.

Avoid the lines – have your permit mailed

Parking permits will be mailed one week prior to the start date selected by the permit holder.
Students renewing a current permit and wish to utilize the mail option must follow directions in their renewal emails.

Renewals

Permit renewal (Fall 2013) ~ students with permits expiring at the end of the fall semester will receive a renewal email by Wednesday, May 8, 2013.
To renew your current parking permit follow the directions in your renewal email no later than 4:00pm on Friday, May 31, 2013.
Failure to renew by the cutoff date will result in forfeiture of your space.

Friday, August 30, 2013: Last day to pick-up purchased permits at Access Services.
Any permits not picked-up by the deadline will be refunded and offered to the next person on the waitlist.
