The Facilities Services staff realizes the impact our campus buildings and landscapes have on your overall experience at Case Western Reserve University. With approximately 100 buildings, 5 ½ million gross square feet, and 185 acres we strive to provide a safe, beautiful, sustainable university environment for learning, teaching, working, and playing. Prompt, professional services support the mission, vision, and core values of CWRU. Responsibilities of the Facilities Services department include providing uninterrupted, reliable utilities, compliance with regulatory legislation, temperature control, custodial services, elevator maintenance, trash and recycling pickup, university vehicle maintenance, landscaping and lawn care, leaf and snow removal, irrigation, and general craft trades associated with the day to day operations and maintenance of all buildings, grounds and utilities.
