The revolution is nearing the court. The Contemporary once again goes to the emperor and presents himself as The Voice of the People. He asks the emperor to stop torturing the mute son and tells him the whole truth. He gives the emperor and his followers a horrible picture of the world after radioactive destruction. Ironically, Hwang Ti gives him "The Kung Fu Tse Award."
