Case Western Reserve University's Public Safety Communications Center is the hub for emergency and nonemergency calls on campus. The team of security officers at 368-3333 handles requests from the campus community 24-7.

The communications center is the primary contact for campus police and security, the fire department and emergency medical services. In addition to dispatching public safety personnel when needed, the center monitors campus alarms and security cameras, handles after-hours maintenance and building access.

During an emergency, the Public Safety Communications Center proactively alerts members of the campus community through its emergency communications networks.

In providing customer service consistent with the eduational philosophy and principles of the university, the Public Safety Communications Center also connects callers directly with campus resrouces—like security escorts and Safe Ride as well as outside services.
