Because of the student-supervision model of the Intellectual Property Venture Clinic at Case Western Reserve University School of Law, we are limited in how many matters we can take on at a given time, and all potential clients are required to consent to students representing them (under clinical faculty supervision).
Cases are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis for individual and small businesses located in Northeast Ohio seeking legal advice associated with intellectual property and possible procurement of patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
