Facility
11000 Cedar is more than a building; it’s a startup community that empowers innovation and supports interdisciplinary teams bringing their groundbreaking discoveries to the world. The four-story, 80,000-square-foot facility has a host of amenities and spaces to accommodate startups' varied needs. We maintain 30,000 square feet of wet lab space, with easy lease options ranging from a single 8-foot bench to large private labs. Or choose from our dry labs and administrative space available, including private offices, shared offices and cubicles.
The facility sits across the street from the main campus of Case Western Reserve University, providing a tight connection between the 11000 Cedar community and university resources—including faculty expertise, core facilities and student workforce talent. The location provides unparalleled clinical access. Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals and Louis Stokes Cleveland Veterans Affairs Medical Center are each within a mile of our front door.
Membership Model
To help set up the 11000 Cedar community for success, we operate on a membership model. All members have access to a suite of amenities and programming within the space, even if they’re not leasing physical space. Startups can select the services that best fit their needs, such as physical space, shared equipment and resources and additional business services. Every membership includes a physical mailing address and access to all shared facilities, conference rooms, hotdesk access, educational programming and business services.
Parking is available onsite for an additional fee.

11000 Cedar offers a variety of educational and networking opportunities, including monthly company showcase events. We will launch an educational series for startup executives in early 2024.
