The Office of Risk Management and Insurance, housed under the supervision of the Office of General Counsel, is responsible for the planning, direction and coordination of risk and insurance programs at Case Western Reserve University.
This office manages and oversees the following insurance programs:
- Property,
- Casualty,
- Medical malpractice,
- Vehicle,
- Foreign travel,
- Workers' compensation, and
- The student medical plan.
