The university has a Foreign Travel Policy which provides insurance and various assistance programs to faculty, staff and students while traveling out of the country on university business or in the scope of their educational experience. This policy is designed to assist university employees and students while traveling in foreign countries and is provided at no cost.

Prior to traveling outside of the country, notify the Office of Risk Management and Insurance in order to receive a Travel Insurance Identification Card which will provide instructions and phone numbers for your use should a situation arise while traveling overseas.

Provide the name of the traveler(s), destination, dates of travel and purpose of the travel. Requests can be e-mailed to Dina Leinweber at dina.leinweber@case.edu. Questions can be directed to Dina at 216.368.1547 or Laura Corrigan at laura.corrigan@case.edu or 216.368.4394. Students traveling out of the country should contact the Office of International Affairs.
