ACCESS SERVICES

 

MISSION STATEMENT

Access Services/Parking will provide the University community with ID cards and campus access in accordance with University policy.  We will provide parking permits for faculty, staff, students, and University tenants based on parking procedure guidelines and space availability.  We will offer these services with the underlying goal of excellent customer service and we will work with others in our division to make this goal a reality.

VISION STATEMENT

Access Services/Parking will be known for its dedication to customer service and providing members of the University community and visitors to the campus with ID cards/access/parking to help ensure that their time at CWRU is well spent.

VALUES STATEMENT

We will maintain a professional, courteous working environment. 

We will remember that everyone we come in contact with is an important customer and each individual will be treated accordingly.  This applies not only to the person on the other side of the counter but to our own co-workers and those in other departments who work with us to provide services to the University community.

We will follow University policies, procedures, and guidelines, but will remain as flexible as possible within the system.

We will continue to develop more efficient methods of providing our services and will keep open minds regarding changes and innovations.
