Building Access

KSL

Default Building Access is granted based on classification. Faculty, staff and student IDs will work in most academic buildings, with access to professional school buildings (e.g., Biomedical Research Building and other Medical School Buildings, Gund Hall, Samson Pavilion) limited to those who work or learn there.

Authorized Access Managers for CWRU Schools

You cannot request your own access.  Please have your supervisor, program administrator, chair or professor request access on your behalf if you do not have the access you need.  For graduate and professional school buildings the authorized access managers should be contacted.  For buildings that are not graduate/ professional school buildings, please have your supervisor or program administrator contact Access Services.
