ACCESS SERVICES

Mission Statement

The Department of Access & Parking Services will work to provide all members of the University community with identification cards, campus access, and parking resources in accordance with university policy. 

Vision Statement

Access & Parking Services will maintain internal training tools and protocols to measure efficiency that translates into superior customer satisfaction ratings experienced by patrons across the entire university community (captured annually via a customer satisfaction survey).
