Staying Overnight

What to bring

  • You will stay overnight in a hotel near campus. Expect to stay in a room with another participant. Rooms may include a pull-out bed. Admission staff will stay overnight as chaperones in the hotel.
  • Personal items, including other overnight necessities.
  • Spending money. You will not need to pay for anything while you are on campus, but you should plan to bring some spending money for travel. If you will eat during your flight or drive or in case of emergency during travel, you’ll want to have some spending money. And perhaps you’ll want to grab a souvenir before returning home!
  • Comfortable shoes. You’ll be walking a lot so make sure to pack your comfy ones!
  • Check the weather forecast before you depart. You may consider bringing a coat. No need to pack anything fancy. Pack for comfort!

Required forms

Remember to complete the overnight forms here. Because they require your parent or guardian's signature, you will need to complete them ahead of time. Email completed forms to us at admission@case.edu at least 72 hours prior to your arrival to campus. (Pictures of completed forms are permissible, as long as they are legible.)
