The Linsalata Alumni Center (LAC) features six approved caterers offering a wide range of price and menu diversity. Usage of a non-LAC approved caterer must be approved by the Alumni Center Manager, and contact info for that caterer must be provided. LAC offers alcoholic beverage distribution through a single-source liquor license contractor (Bon Appetit).
Caterers should be contacted directly to arrange all food service requests.
