I am a graduating senior. I am from New Hope, PA. I have been in the Atit lab for the last two years and a summer. I love to hang out in lab and help others. I plan on doing a gap year and then apply to graduate school.
My Projects
I am on the #thicc skin team on the fibrosis side of the lab. I have been working on understanding how dermal adipocytes change their morphology after Wnt activation. I have focused on how the dermal white adipocytes tissue layer becomes fibrotic upon Wnt activation and is rescued after removal of Wnt activation. In collaboration with past alums from the lab, I have learned how to use fiber analysis tools to quantify changes in collagen fiber.
