Heather Chase joined Case Western Reserve University’s Enrollment Management team in October 2025, following 20+ years serving in college admission and communications roles. Prior to joining CWRU, Heather spent 14 years with the Office of Admission at Miami University, recruiting students nationally and managing undergraduate communications efforts across national markets. After working remotely for many years, Heather is thrilled to return to an on-campus role with the CWRU Enrollment Management leadership team, combining her passions for undergraduate student recruitment and marketing communications strategy.
Heather earned her bachelor of arts in communications from Miami University, and her master of education from DePaul University.
