The LGBTQ+ Faculty and Staff Association exists to foster a workplace where every employee — regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression — is valued, supported, and empowered to bring their full self to work. We build community, advocate for equitable policies, and provide resources that strengthen the well-being of LGBTQ+ employees and allies across our institution.
Membership Benefits
The LGBTQ+ Faculty and Staff Association will host events and other opportunities for members to connect, build community, and support one another. We will send out periodic newsletter to members with updates about the group and upcoming events.
