Parent and Family Orientation is our chance to welcome the parents and family members of new students to Case Western Reserve University. The program is your opportunity to connect and learn more about CWRU during Parent and Family Orientation and throughout the coming weeks.
Virtual Events
In August, CWRU will host a series of online events to allow you to get to know more about your student's CWRU experience. Sessions include opportunities to learn about advocacy and support; academic resources; student organizations; and much more.
Online sessions will be similar to those taking place during our in-person Parent and Family Orientation. Join us to take part in sessions you may miss in person or to reinforce your understanding of your student’s CWRU experience.
Registration for virtual Parent and Family Orientation events will be available in June.
In-Person Events
Part of Discover Week, your student's week-long CWRU orientation, includes programming for parents, guardians and family members of the incoming class. The two-day orientation includes welcome sessions; an information fair and educational sessions from campus departments.
In-person Parent and Family Orientation events for the parents and family members of new students entering CWRU in fall 2022 will take place Sunday, August 21 to Monday, August 22.
Your student will be able to register you for the in-person Parent and Family Orientation as a part of their Roadmap in June.
All times listed are Eastern Daylight Time.
